1) You're using the wrong email

 

Use the same email you log into www.skool.com with. This helps the system match you up automatically.

 

2) You might have a typo in your email address

 

Double-check for any typos! Even a small mistake can prevent your Skool account from connecting and stop the course from unlocking.

 

3) You haven't found the Skool email in your inbox

 

You should have received an automatic email from Skool. If you don’t see it, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to arrive. If you still don’t see it, just try unlocking the course again!

 

4) You didn't click the "JOIN NOW" button

 

When you received that automatic email from Skool, make sure to click the "JOIN NOW" button in the email.

 

5) You didn't refresh the page

 

If you clicked the "JOIN NOW" button in the email but don’t see the course unlocked, give the page a refresh!
